American country musician
Vince Gill is an American country musician. He spent the 1980s as part of country's new traditionalist movement and released the album When I Call Your Name in 1989. He later released I Still Believe in You, Souvenirs, These Days, and Guitar Slinger. He released the collaborative song I Don't Need Your Rockin' Chair with Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson and has popular songs such as Don't Let Our Love Start Slippin' Away and Go Rest High on That Mountain. Gill is a former member of the Eagles, replacing the late Glenn Frey. He has appeared in the documentaries Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me, Bluebird, and Songbirds.
