Fefita La Grande is a Dominican accordionist. She released the albums Date Brillo Cadenita, Disco de Oro, and Todos los Hombres Son Buenos. Her most popular songs include La Chiflera, Vamos a Hablar Inglés, and Típico Caliente. She has appeared in the films Ponchao and La Maravilla.
