Jaime Camil is a Mexican actor and singer. He appeared in Qué nochecita con Jaime Camil on TV Azteca (Mexico) in 1996 and later starred in popular telenovelas such as La fea más bella, Las tontas no van al cielo, Por Ella Soy Eva, and Qué pobres tan ricos. Camil transitioned to international acclaim with his role in Jane the Virgin on The CW, which ran from 2014 to 2019. He also starred in the Apple TV+ series Schmigadoon!.
