Silvana Mangano was an Italian actress (1930-1989). Mangano appeared in films Bitter Rice, Ulysses with Kirk Douglas, and Barabbas, which were produced by her husband Dino DeLaurentiis whom she married in 1949. She also starred in Teorema and Death in Venice directed by Luchino Visconti. Mangano's most popular songs include El Negro Zumbon (Theme from Anna), Anna, and Boogie Woogie (Theme From Riso amaro).
