Steven Seagal

American actor, martial artist, and producer

Steven Seagal is an American actor, martial artist, and film producer. He made his acting debut in Above the Law. Later, he would direct and star in the film On Deadly Ground, produce and star in Under Siege, write and star in Kill Switch, and play lead roles in movies such as Cartels and Machete. He has also appeared in the television series Steven Seagal: Lawman and True Justice.

Outside of acting, Seagal is an accomplished martial artist. He became the first American to operate an aikido dojo in Japan. He was also appointed as a Russian special envoy to the United States by President Vladimir V. Putin in 2018.
