Illeana Douglas is an American actress, director, screenwriter, and producer. Prior to her on-screen career, she studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Neighborhood Playhouse. Her film credits include Cape Fear, Stir of Echoes, Ghost World (where she worked with Scarlett Johansson), and She's Funny That Way. Douglas also appeared in the series Welcome to Sweden. She also was an executive producer of the film Life Without Dick.
