Hans Conried was an American actor. He began appearing in films in 1938 and was adept at comedy in film. Conried appeared in films such as Summer Stock with Judy Garland, Davy Crockett: King of the Wild Frontier, The Miracle On 34th Street, Horton Hears a Who!, and The Cat from Outer Space. He was also a frequent panelist on TV quiz shows of the 1950s.
