After the events in the Avengers series, WandaVision and Agatha All Along, in which the synthezoid Vision (Paul Bettany) was killed before being resurrected, he returns in VISIONQUEST, searching for his own identity. Hiding as an ordinary citizen in the Edinburgh suburb he frequented in WandaVision, he spends most of his time in a world of his own invention, interacting with the Stark Industries AI personas embedded in his quantum processors, which include E.D.I.T.H. (Emily Hampshire), J.A.R.V.I.S. (James D'Arcy) and, problematically, Voltron (James Spader). But when an assassin named Paladin (Todd Stashwick) comes after him, and a mysterious teen (Ruaridh Mollica) turns up who may or may not be his reincarnated son, Vision's quest for identity turns complicated, fast.
