
Glen Hansard
Glen Hansard is an Irish musician and songwriter. He first gained an audience with the band The Frames. Hansard starred in and wrote the music for the Oscar-winning film Once, releasing the album The Swell Season with Markéta Irglová. Together they wrote the songs Falling Slowly and When Your Mind's Made Up. Hansard has since released solo albums Rhythm and Repose and Didn't He Ramble, and collaborated on the soundtrack for the film Flag Day with Eddie Vedder and Cat Power. He has appeared in the film The Commitments as well as the documentary The Camino Voyage.
