Idris Elba

Idris Elba is an English actor, producer, and musician. He appeared in American Gangster, Prometheus, Pacific Rim, Star Trek Beyond, Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, The Wire, Luther, which earned him the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Miniseries or Television Film, The Office, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Heimdall, beginning with Thor.

Elba made his directorial debut in Yardie and directed K. Michelle: The Rebellious Soul Musical in 2013. He starred in and produced the Apple TV+ series Hijack and provided the voice in the Apple TV+ film The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.

Offscreen, Elba, also a musician, has released albums Idris Elba Presents mi Mandela and Murdah Loves John and appears on popular songs including the singles Jangrova featuring ODUMODUBLVCK and Skepta, The Phantom Files (From Cyberpunk 2077), and Ballie with Kah-Lo.
