Ben E. King was an American soul and R&B singer and record producer. He led The Drifters in the late '50s, during which time he sang This Magic Moment. He went solo in 1960 and sang Stand by Me. King appeared on the albums Don't Play That Song!, Spanish Harlem, and The Ultimate Collection.
