Tawny Newsome is an American actress, musician, and comedian. She released the album Too Proud to Steal and worked with Bethany Thomas on the album Material Flats, on which they collaborated on the songs Juneteenth 2020, You're Still Up, and Time to Rewrite. She released the extended play The Supergroup: Songs from Season 1 with Alex Kliner. Newsome has appeared in the film How It Ends and the television series Bajillion Dollar Properties and The Comedy Get Down. She hosted the After Show podcast Star Trek: The Pod Directive and the Comedy podcast Yo, Is This Racist?.
