Fumiko Orikasa is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer. Her film credits include Atashin'chi the Movie and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. She has voiced roles in Digimon Tamers and Pokemon, as well as Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach. Orikasa has also voiced characters in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, the Street Fighter video games, and One Piece. In addition to her voice acting work, Orikasa is a singer.
