Daisy Ridley is a British actress. She began her professional acting career in 2013 with minor roles in British television productions. Ridley appeared in the Star Wars franchise, playing Rey in the sequel trilogy. She has also appeared in films such as Chaos Walking and Murder on the Orient Express, where she worked with Johnny Depp. Beyond acting, Ridley has produced the films Sometimes I Think About Dying and Young Woman and the Sea, and hosted SPYSCAPE’s True Crime podcast True Spies.
