Andra Day is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She released the album Cheers to the Fall, which earned multiple Grammy nominations. Following her debut album, Day released intermediary singles. She then released the album The United States vs. Billie Holiday (Music from the Motion Picture) accompanying her film role in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, for which she won a Golden Globe. She also released the album CASSANDRA (cherith). Her most popular songs include Rise Up, Forever Mine, and I'M NOT GOD with Fantasia and Tobe Nwigwe. Day also appears in the films Marshall and Exhibiting Forgiveness.
