Biz Markie was an American rapper and record producer (1964-2021). He is known for his 1989 hit song Just a Friend. He released the albums Goin' Off, The Biz Never Sleeps, I Need a Haircut, All Samples Cleared!, and Weekend Warrior. Markie appeared in the animated series Crank Yankers from 2002 to 2007.
