Phranc is an American singer, guitarist, and punk rock musician. She was a member of the L.A. hardcore bands Catholic Discipline and Nervous Gender. Phranc released Positively Phranc, followed by Folksinger and Milkman. She performed in drag as Neil Diamond. Phranc is known for popular songs such as Lifelover, The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll, and her unique take on the classic I Enjoy Being a Girl. She appears in the documentary The Decline of Western Civilization: Part 1.
