Megumi Hayashibara is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and radio personality. She and provided voice work for Pokemon, Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion. She appeared in the series Le Cirque de Karakuri. She began her solo music career in 1991, releasing her debut album Half and, Half the same year. Hayashibara has released several singles including Sugar Lover Affair with Nozomu Sasaki.
